AME Industrial, a division of AME Companies, has agreed to establish a commercial partnership with Savoye, a French owned designer and manufacturer of automation technologies for warehousing and distribution, in the United States, effective immediately.

AME Industrial will be representing the 'Intelis' packaging machines product suite, with focus on JIVARO, a technology for case size optimisation that decreases dim weight shipping costs for small parcels. Savoye also offers WMS, order picking systems and automated goods-to-person systems for cases, totes, trays and pallets.

David Easterbrook, president of AME Companies, said, 'eCommerce packaging is such an exciting growth market, and will continue to be for years to come. We've always had the solutions development resources, we just needed the right technology partner. This opportunity to represent a best in class technology suite like Savoye's 'Intelis' is a very exciting milestone in the growth of AME.'
