 AMCLYDE PROMOTES JUELICH TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
 ST. PAUL, Minn., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- AmClyde Engineered


Products Inc. announced today the appointment of Richard J. Juelich as executive vice president and chief operating officer of its worldwide operations.
 In making the announcement, Wallace K. Fisk, AmClyde president and chief executive officer said, "Our company's growth and expansion cause this realignment of our top management duties and we are fortunate to have Dick to direct the ongoing operations of AmClyde.
 "My efforts will concentrate more heavily on serving the overall strategic direction of AmClyde with emphasis on new ventures and financing activities," Fisk stated.
 Juelich received his BS degree from the University of Minnesota in Civil Engineering and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He holds a Professional Engineers license and has been admitted to the Minnesota State Bar.
 Juelich's professional career spans 15 years with American Hoist and Derrick Company serving in engineering capacities and rising to the position of vice president -- product management. He joined AmClyde in 1987 and served as senior vice president until his present position.
 Juelich and his wife, Renee, and their three children live in Stillwater, Minn.
