Pre-Qualification: The firms desirous of applying for undertaking AMC of this project must meet following criteria:-
(a) The bidder must have attended the pre bid meeting.
(b) Should be an ISO-9001-2008 Company.
(c) The Bidder should be a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 since last three years.
(d) The bidder should have annual turnover of minimum Rs. 5 Cr. during the last three financial years (2010-11, 2011-12, and 2012-13). (If financial accounts for the year 2012-13 are not audited then the bidder should provide balance sheet for the years 2009-10 also, along with unaudited statements for 2012-13. The figures of audited balance sheets only will be reckoned for the purpose of eligibility.)
(e) The Bidder should be a profit making Company in the last Financial Year (2012-2013)
(f) The Bidder should not be currently blacklisted by any bank / institution in India or abroad.
(g) The Bidder should provide reference of 2 clients to whom they have been providing support during the last 2 years for integrated IT projects similar to the one under scope of this project.
(h) The bidder should have a team of at least 15 software professional trained on Java, Oracle and Weblogic.
(j) Employees of the firm should be covered under EPF scheme.
