AM DIAGNOSTICS, INC. SURRENDERS ASSETS TO LENDER
INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- AM Diagnostics, Inc. was

advised that effective Dec. 4, 1991, the company's primary lender, Foothill Capital Corporation, accepted surrender of the assets of AM Diagnostics. Foothill Capital Corporation subsequently sold the assets to Integrated Clinical Systems, Inc., a privately held Indiana corporation.
"The foreclosure by Foothill Capital Corporation is the result of the inability of AM Diagnostics to successfully obtain sufficient working capital financing after emerging from Chapter 11 reorganization in September 1990, which impaired the ability of the company to satisfy customer demands for products in a timely manner," said Michael J. Treble, chief executive officer of AM Diagnostics. "Representatives of Integrated Clinical Systems have committed to provide products and service support to the previous customers of AM Diagnostics. Integrated Clinical Systems will be involved in the production of high quality chemical reagents and continued production of diagnostic instruments."
