You could spend a lifetime exploring India. In the meantime, start with this newly-opened restaurant in the centre of Pensarn. The dAcor may be a little less exuberant than the swirling glamour of Bombay but the dishes certainly pack a punch. Since importing some of the country's finest Indian chefs from London, Almustafa is fast gaining a reputation for great food. Set meals for three people cost pounds 19.95.
