ALMAC'S INC. EXTENDS EXCHANGE OFFER
ALMAC'S INC. EXTENDS EXCHANGE OFFER EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Almac's Inc.
announced that, on Friday, April 24, 1992, it extended its offer to exchange up to $50 million aggregate principal amount of newly issued Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due Aug. 1, 2000, for a like amount of its privately placed Senior Secured Notes due Aug. 1, 2000 (the "Old Notes"). The offer was extended from 5 p.m. New York City time on April 24, 1992, to 5 p.m. New York City time on May 1, 1992. As of 5 p.m. New York City time on April 24, 1992, $30 million principal amount of Old Notes had been properly tendered to the Exchange Agent, and an additional $18 million principal amount of Old Notes had been tendered but remained subject to review by the Exchange Agent and Almac's for compliance with the exchange procedures.
