ALM launches "Real Estate Florida".

ALM's (New York) Real Estate Division, the producer of four real estate magazines and related electronic information products, has launched "Real Estate Florida," a new statewide four-color magazine that will initially be distributed as a special supplement to the June and November 2007 issues of ALM's "Real Estate Forum." The new magazine has a controlled circulation of 18,000 executive-level Florida industry professionals, as well as 5000 relevant national and international institutional investors, lenders and commercial space-users.

"Real Estate Florida" will offer analysis of a wide range of industry topics, including economic indicators, property performance data, demographics, development trends, space demand generators, investment sales activity, and legal and tax issues. It will also examine major transactions across the state and profile leading Florida firms and property professionals.

"Real Estate Forum" is a monthly magazine distributed to 35,800 real estate and property professionals, including developers, institutional investors, corporate real estate professionals, builders, and property managers.

ALM's Real Estate Division is a provider of intelligence for the commercial real estate industry in print, in person and online. In addition to "Real Estate Forum," the division publishes GlobeSt.com, a daily news web site, "Real Estate New York," "Real Estate Southern California" and "Real Estate New Jersey." Its seven targeted e-newsletters focus on various aspects of commercial real estate, including "Multi Housing Forum," "Debt & Equity Journal" and "Tenant In Common Monthly."
