 ALCOA TO REDEEM SINKING FUND DEBENTURES
 PITTSBURGH, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Alcoa (NYSE: AA) will redeem


all of its outstanding 7.45 percent Sinking Fund Debentures due 1996, which will have a face amount outstanding of $27,756,000.
 The redemption price is 100 percent of the principle amount, plus accrued interest.
 Alcoa said the debentures may be redeemed beginning Feb. 4, 1992, at Pittsburgh National Bank, 1500 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh; or by mail to Pittsburgh National Bank, Bond Services Department, P.O. Box 608, Pittsburgh, PA 15230-0608; or PNC Trust Corporation of New York, 40 Broad Street, New York, N.Y. 10004.
