ALCO STANDARD INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
ALCO STANDARD INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Alco Standard board
of directors today increased the regular quarterly cash dividend to $.23 from $.22 per common share.
This dividend is payable Dec. 10, 1991, to holders of record Nov. 25. This is the 27th consecutive year in which Alco has raised its dividend. For calendar year 1991, the company's total dividend will increase to $.89 per share, $.04 per share or 4.7 percent more than the $.85 per share paid in calendar year 1990. Regular dividends to holders of serial preferred stock of record on Dec. 16, 1991, will be paid on Jan. 1, 1992, Alco Standard Corporation (NYSE: ASN), headquartered in Valley Forge, is a publicly held distribution and services company.
