ALCO Management Adds District Property Managers.

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2002

ALCO Management, Inc. today named Kathi Haskell and Bailey White district property managers. Their appointments bring to eight the number of district property managers at ALCO, four in the Memphis office and four in the company's Nashville office.

Haskell joins ALCO from Brencor, where she was a district manager managing properties in Memphis. She was previously associated with Fogelman Properties in Memphis. Haskell is a certified resident apartment manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Based in ALCO's Memphis office, Haskell oversees properties located in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

White has been associated with ALCO since August 2000, and was promoted to district property manager from her position as a site manager. Prior to joining ALCO, White was a district property manager with ERA Woodmont Realty and with Hardaway Management Company, both in Nashville. She has an English degree from Peabody College. Based in ALCO's Nashville office, White oversees properties in North Carolina and Tennessee.
