 ALBARA REACHES AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE HELIX TECHNOLOGY
 CONROE, Texas, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Albara Corp. (OTC) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire the Helix technology and other related assets from Odesta Corp. Albara plans to form a new wholly owned subsidiary to conduct the business associated with the Helix technology. All operations, including research and development, will continue in Northbrook, Ill., current location of Odesta.
 Double Helix is a proprietary technology developed in the early 1980's and introduced to the Macintosh marketplace in 1985. Since its inception, research and development efforts have expanded the technology to the multi-user marketplace. Double Helix is now considered an important component of the database segment of the Macintosh market. According to Real Provencher, president of Albara, "Albara is dedicated to maintaining the reputation of Double Helix as a technological leader with a strong emphasis on research and development and a focus on new product introductions."
 Albara, through its operating subsidiary, Micro Business Solutions Inc. is engaged in the sale of computer hardware and peripherals for the Apple Macintosh computer and conducts business under the tradename Hardware That Fits. The company markets Macintosh computer products under its proprietary tradename "RealTech(TM)" as well as products of other manufacturers. Albara can be reached by mail at P.O.
