 ALBARA ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH CALCOMP
 CONROE, Texas, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Albara Corp.


(OTC Bulletin Board: ALAB) reported today that its operating subsidiary, Micro Business Solutions Inc. (MBSI), has entered into a strategic alliance with CalComp Inc. of Anaheim, Calif. Under the terms of the agreement, MBSI will begin selling and marketing CalComp products. The first product to be marketed by MBSI is a color thermal wax printer which will be sold under MBSI's proprietary tradename "RealTech." The RealTech Color 350, an 11 by 17 inch thermal wax transfer printer capable of printing full bleeds onto both sides of plain laser paper, is compatible with both Macintosh and IBM computers, and is priced at $5,995.
 Real Provencher, president of Albara, stated, "This printer is essential for many projects in advertising agencies, print shops, graphic design studios, publishers, and other businesses because it can print tabloid size, full bleed, documents on both sides. We feel that this printer complements our existing printer line and will generate increased revenues for us."
 Albara, through its two operating subsidiaries, markets computer hardware and peripherals, and develops and publishes software for the Apple Macintosh microcomputer. Marketing of its products is done via direct response marketing, authorized dealers and value added resellers. Albara has two operating subsidiaries, MBSI and NorthCon Technologies Inc. (NCTI).
 MBSI operates under the trade name "Hardware That Fits" and sells computer hardware and peripherals for the Macintosh microcomputer via the direct response market. In addition, MBSI markets its own line of hardware products that includes laser printers, a color printer, a color scanner and both gray scale and color monitors under the "RealTech" tradename. NCTI currently markets two software products to computer dealers and mail order companies: Double Helix and Multi-User Helix both of which are databases which utilize client-server architecture.
 The common stock of Albara is traded in the over-the-counter market and is listed in the Bulletin Board maintained by the National Quotation Bureau.
