 ALASKA AIRLINES TO TAKE DELIVERY OF BOEING 737-400
 WHO: Alaska Airlines and Boeing Commercial Airplane Group
 WHAT: Aircraft delivery ceremony
 WHERE: Boeing Field (Flight Test Hangar)
 WHEN: 10-11 a.m., April 17
 Alaska Airlines will take delivery of the first of 22 Boeing 737-400 aircraft it has on order. Twenty of the aircraft, including the first one, will be leased through International Lease Finance Corp.
 Delivery of the 737-400s will hasten Alaska's retirement of Stage II aircraft.
 The April 17 event marks the first time in eight years that Alaska has taken delivery of a new Boeing plane.
 Dean Thornton, president, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Pat Glenn, chief operating officer and executive vice president, Alaska Airlines, Steve Hazy, chief executive officer, International Lease Finance Corp., and Tom Brisken, executive vice president, General Electric Engines/CFM International, will be on hand. They will be available for interviews from 10-10:30 a.m. Ceremonies start at 10:30 a.m.
