ALAMO RENT A CAR OFFERS TRIPLE BONUS MILES IN THE U.S., UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND FOR DELTA FREQUENT FLYERS

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- It pays to be a Delta Frequent Flyer on land, as well as in the air.
Alamo Rent A Car and Delta Air Lines are offering an exclusive bonus to Frequent flyer customers here and abroad: rent any Alamo full-size, premium or luxury car in conjunction with a qualifying Delta flight in the United States, United Kingdom or Switzerland and earn an extra 2,000 bonus miles in Delta's Frequent Flyer program, in addition to the regular 1,000 miles per rental. To qualify, customers must show their Delta Frequent Flyer I.D. and a Delta ticket or boarding pass at the time of rental.
"This promotion underscores our commitment to our customers and to Delta's Frequent Flyers," said Don Moonjian, Alamo vice president of marketing. "For the customer, it's as easy as picking the country and enjoying Alamo's unlimited free mileage and great rates, while also earning 3,000 bonus miles in Delta's Frequent Flyer promotion."
Delta Frequent flyers can take advantage of this special offer through June 30, 1993. Reservations should be made through a professional travel agent or by calling Alamo directly at 800-327-9633 for the U.S. and 800-522-9696 for the U.K. and Switzerland.
Alamo currently serves over 10 million travelers a year through 103 high-volume locations in the United States, with 22 international locations in the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
