AJK President condemns India's naked aggression across LoC.

ISLAMABAD -- President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Sardar Masood Khan on Thursday strongly condemned the unprovoked cross-LOC fire that has resulted in the martyrdom of two Pakistan armed forces soldier. He sent his deepest condolences to the families of to the soldiers.

President Masood Khan said, "India has tried to deliberately mischaracterize its aggression to hide its crimes against humanity in the Indian Occupied Kashmir."

"The people of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan are determined and ready to defend their homeland and repulse any aggression", he said adding that "India's conduct is irresponsible and designed to escalate the situation and push the region towards war and strife."

He said that by crushing the rights of the Kashmiris, India was playing with fire; and that India must be held accountable. He urged the international community to intercede to ask India to abandon its reckless behaviour fraught with grave risks for the peace and security of the region.
