AIWF to hold event at Boston Beer Company.

The American Institute of Wine & Food will host the first annual "Everything you wanted to know about beer but were too busy drinking wine to ask" event at the Boston Beer Company's brewery in Boston, MA, on July 9th.

Speakers at the event will include noted chef Julia Child, author and restaurateur Jasper White and Boston Beer Co. founder Jim Koch.

Mr. Koch will lead brewery tours and discuss the "complexity and overall nobility of beer." Julia Child will be on hand to autograph cookbooks and Jasper White will discuss the pairing of food and beer.

The AIWF reports that "While enjoying some of Jim's favorite beers and Jasper's favorite foods, attendees can bid on several silent auction items, including a few of Julia Child's favorite kitchen utensils."
