AIRSENSORS ELECTS NORMAN L. BRYAN TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 SEATTLE, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- AirSensors Inc. (NASDAQ: ARSN) announced today the election of Norman L. Bryan to its Board of Directors. AirSensors sells its products worldwide through its wholly owned subsidiary, IMPCO Technologies Inc. located in Cerritos, Calif.
 Bryan, 52, is currently the vice president of marketing for Pacific Gas and Electric Co., an operating public utility that supplies electric and natural gas services and is based in San Francisco. He brings to AirSensors 30 years of industry experience.
 Bryan has a master's degree in management from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University. He is currently active in various industry associations including the Natural Gas Vehicle Coalition, the Pacific Coast Gas Association, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
 IMPCO manufactures gaseous fuel equipment that allows internal combustion engines to operate on clean fuels such as propane and natural gas. IMPCO provides conversion equipment for motor vehicles, forklifts, other material handling equipment, and small portable to large stationary engines.
