Air-Cure Environmental's increased revenue and higher earnings for the periods are attributable to the acquisition of Ceilcote Air Pollution Control in December 1992, plus the improved performance of the Company's Air-Cure, Inc. and Interel Environmental Technologies subsidiaries. Larry McAfee, Chief Financial Officer of Air-Cure Environmental, stated, "The Company's year-to-date earnings improvement of $.12 per share was achieved during a period in which overall sales in the air pollution control equipment industry continue to be constricted. In spite of this difficult market environment, Air-Cure Environmental is realizing significant internal growth coupled with improved profitability."
Air-Cure Environmental, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets proprietary air pollution control systems and components. These systems limit the emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants into the environment.
