St. Joseph's Hospital of Marshfield, Wisconsin, Signs Service Agreement With The Company, Boosting Customer Base To 48 Hospitals In 13 States
DENVER, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Methods Corporation (AMEX: ARF.EC), today announced its award of a long-term, multi-year contract with Saint Joseph's Hospital, of Marshfield, Wisconsin. Through this arrangement, Air Methods will operate Saint Joseph's new emergency air medical transport program, utilizing an Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Bell 222-UT helicopter, based at Saint Joseph's Hospital. This contract represents significant incremental business for the company.
In connection with this program, Air Methods will provide pilots and mechanics to operate a medically-dedicated helicopter. We look forward to a long-term partnership with Saint Joseph's Hospital in serving the people of Wisconsin by providing the highest level of aeromedical patient care and flight safety available."
