 AIR LINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION RATIFIES NEW USAIR AGREEMENT
 ARLINGTON, Va., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Air Line Pilots


Association has approved a new four-year contract with USAir.
 Full details of the agreement, which was ratified today by the USAir ALPA Master Executive Committee, will not be made public until they are disseminated to the union membership.
 Included, however, are immediate salary reductions for a 12 month period, cost savings in health care and considerable improvements in pilot productivity.
 Pay reductions for non-contract employees will also be in effect over the next 12 months.
