Each member of the board, along with General Manager Antonio Garcia and inspector Hugo Rodriguez, will monitor the day-to-day activities of Air Gage de Mexico and work closely with Wayne Bending of Air Gage Company who will serve as technical liaison between the two parties. According to Dominic Persichini, "For several years, manufacturers in Mexico have emphasized the importance of dealing with companies that provide local engineering, manufacturing and training support. We decided that the best way to illustrate our commitment to solving all their quality control problems would be to establish Air Gage de Mexico." Persichini added that, "We were very fortunate that Arnulfo, Guadalupe and Antonio were interested in pursuing a long-lasting relationship with us. With their business savvy and contacts throughout the manufacturing community, we feel that Air Gage de Mexico will be successful for many years to come." -0- 5/5/93 /NOTE: For further information, CONTACT: Timothy E.
