AIELLO GROUP WARRIOR TRAINING SESSION II SCHEDULED

TROY, Mich., April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Warrior Training is returning to Michigan on Friday, April 16. The Aiello Group method of total intellectual and physical training is taking the country by storm once again. The new system of personal training is creating a renaissance in the martial arts.
Aiello Group Warrior Training utilizes executive "boot camp" style martial arts training, nutritional awareness and control, along with physical rehabilitation techniques designed to help with structural correction of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system and improved general health.
The Warrior Training System is the fitness and natural health regimen of the '90s. This approach to lifestyle and personal development results in dramatic and positive physical and structural changes in the body. Due to intellectual and philosophical awareness and focus, this training results in what most participants and spectators alike call an exhilarating and lasting motivation toward mental acuity and total body health.
Each student in the Warrior Training Center brings his own personal blend of individuality, not to be subverted by the training, but to be expanded and developed. What is gained through Warrior Training is a combination of physical conditioning and heightened mental awareness and focus, which only serves to allow the student to develop his own potential and abilities.
Due to the unique qualifications of the founder and developer of Warrior Training, Dr. Jerry L. Aiello, this program is poised to fill the gap left by declining interest in weight training and the stale and overused aerobics workout. Warrior Training has to be seen to be believed, better yet, it should be experienced to get the full effect.
This special Warrior Training Session, to be held for the second time at the Zion Athletic Complex in Troy, is a showcase for the students of the Training Center and an opportunity for all who are interested to view or participate. Spectator registration will begin at 6 p.m. and training will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The address is 3668 Livernois, Troy, between 16 Mile Road and Wattles Road. For more information, contact Aiello Group at 313-542-4314.
