AEW closes on $27M in sales.

Aldrich, Eastman and Waltch has announced that the firm has completed on behalf of pension fund clients two commercial real estate sales transactions with an aggregate value of $27.1 million.

The larger of the two sales was a $19..8 million deal involving Fillmore Place, a 190,492-square-foot mixed use complex in Denver, Colorado. The complex, which includes two office buildings, two retail properties and a parking garage, is situated on 98,736 square feet of land, 58,986 square feet position. The complex was 95 percent occupied at closing. AEW represented the seller, a corporate pension fund. The buyer was represented by Corum Real Estate Group.

The second transaction involved an industrial portfolio in Tampa, Florida, AEW represented the seller, a pension fund, in the $7.3 million sale of the 260,000-square-foot property located on Adamo Drive. The purchase price represented a 10.5 percent cap rate on income in place and $28 per square foot. The buyer was represented by
