 AEL WINS MULTIMILLION-DOLLAR FOREIGN CONTRACT
 LANSDALE, Pa., Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- AEL Industries, Inc.


(NASDAQ-NMS: AELNA) announced today that its AEL Systems International Corp. subsidiary has been awarded a multimillion-dollar contract by Siemens (Defense Electronics Group), Unterschleissheim, Germany, acting on behalf of the International Consortium Euro-Art GmbH, for the design, development and manufacture of a Counterbattery Radar (COBRA) Environmental Simulator.
 The contract will be managed by the Systems International subsidiary located in Montgomeryville, Pa. Work on the contract will take place at AEL's Cross Systems Division, Alpharetta, Ga.
 The AEL Industries companies are leading suppliers of electronic defense systems and subsystems. AEL designs and manufactures sophisticated countermeasures, simulation and radar warning receiver systems; installs and integrates electronic and avionics equipment in military aircraft and provides state-of-the-art antenna, microwave and integrated circuit components.
 AEL Systems International Corp. provides prime contracting services, program management and logistic support in the acquisition of defense electronic systems and products in the international market.
 Cross Systems Division, with facilities in Alpharetta and Butler, Ga., has extensive experience in the design, development and production of radar and electronic warfare simulation systems, target and threat generation systems, avionic systems, software systems and special test equipment.
 The Class A common stock of AEL Industries, Inc. is traded on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol AELNA.
