ADVANCE CIRCUITS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION

MINNETONKA, Minn., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Advance Circuits, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: ADVC), Minnetonka-based manufacturer of printed circuits, announced today that it had completed its acquisition of Targ-It- Tronics, Inc., a Melbourne, Fla.-based assembler of flexible circuits. Advance Circuits, Inc. issued 425,000 common shares for all the outstanding shares of Targ-It-Tronics.
Robert W. Heller indicated he was pleased with the timely completion of the acquisition so that joint marketing activities could now take on an accelerated pace. He was particularly encouraged because Targ-It- Tronics patented E-Z Flex design had received its first military approval. This will allow an even more aggressive marketing approach for additional military applications. E-Z Flex is a direct method of interconnecting flexible and rigid circuits eliminating the need for additional connectors.
The company's common stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol ADVC.
