 SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire / -- Contact Software International, developer of the leading contact management software, ACT!, announced ACT! for Macintosh today at MacWorld. ACT! for Macintosh supports the complete line of Apple's just-introduced Powerbook (TM) computers.
 ACT! for Macintosh integrates a powerful contact database and editable WYS/WYG calendar manager, custom report generator, and full- featured word processor with spell-checker and mail-merge capability. Other features include an automatically-generated history for each contact, unlimited notes per contact, e-mail support, Apple events support, and auto-dialing.
 ACT! for Macintosh has user-definable pop-up windows throughout the program for standard entries, minimizing keystrokes required for data- entry. Users can also tailor the program to fit their needs by easily customizing database fields. Repetitive tasks can be automated by using the powerful macro capability included in ACT! for Macintosh.
