ACS ENTERPRISES PLANS TO ACQUIRE WIRELESS CABLE SYSTEMS VALUED AT $12.5 MILLION

 TREVOSE, Pa., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ACS Enterprises (NASDAQ: ACSE) has signed letters of intent to acquire wireless cable systems located in Bakersfield, Calif., and Stockton/Modesto, Calif.
 The acquisitions were announced today by Alan Sonnenberg, chairman and chief executive officer of ACS.
 ACS provides wireless cable service in the metropolitan Philadelphia area.
 The Bakersfield system has 2,300 subscribers receiving 32 microwave channels. In Stockton/Modesto, ACS will have 27 microwave channels available but will have to build the transmitter and headend. The aggregate acquisition costs are approximately $12.5 million in cash and common stock. There are an estimated 500,000 line-of-sight households in the two markets.
 The acquisitions are subject to a number of contingencies, including completion of due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements and financing.
