ACRODYNE APPOINTS INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER Business Editors.

BLUE BELL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1996--Acrodyne Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACRO, ACROW, ACROU) has appointed Charles Peabody as International Sales Manager based in Acrodyne's Blue Bell Pennsylvania facility.

Prior to joining Acrodyne, Peabody was Vice President of Sales for Howell Laboratories and before that he was a Manager of Sales for Rockwell International. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of New Hampshire and was an adjunct instructor in the MBA program at New Hampshire College.

Acrodyne is making a strong commitment to its growing export markets and Peabody will be establishing a network of professional representatives to support the Company's in-house sales team. Peabody brings with him over 25 years experience in broadcast and electronics equipment sales.
