TEMPE, Ariz., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Acme Electric Corporation (NYSE: ACE) Chairman and CEO G. Wayne Hawk announced today that Acme Electric has entered into an agreement to develop a new technology, maintenance-free, sealed rechargeable battery with Dr. Boris Tsenter.
