 ACC EXPANDS LONG-DISTANCE ORIGINATION
 TO FIVE MAJOR ONTARIO CITIES
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- ACC Corp. (NASDAQ: ACCC) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACC Long Distance Ltd. (ACC LD Ltd.) has expanded long-distance call origination to include the following Ontario, Canada cities: Guelph, Kitchener, London, Oshawa and St. Catharines. This was announced by Richard T. Aab, chairman of the board and chief executive officer.
 The five locations will serve as network centres that provide customers with switched access to intra-Canada, U.S. destined and international services, along with voice and data private lines.
 In commenting on the expansion Thomas H. Davis, president of ACC LD Ltd., remarked, "The pent up demand for cost effective long-distance service alternatives is very great. ACC is expanding as quickly as our resources will prudently allow. We are recognized as a customer responsive provider of quality long-distance services. It is our goal to be THE major reseller of voice and data long-distance services in Canada."
