ACAP Invest AB posts Q3 EBIT of SEK25.0m.

NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT-23 October 2008-ACAP Invest AB posts Q3 EBIT of SEK25.0m(C)1994-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

Swedish venture capital company ACAP Invest AB (OMX Stockholm:ACAP A) (OMX Stockholm:ACAP B) issued its third quarter report on Thursday (23 October), posting an operating profit (EBIT) of SEK25.0m, as compared to SEK20.6m in the third quarter of 2007.

The net turnover for the quarter amounted to SEK250.2m, as compared to SEK210.0m in the corresponding quarter last year.

Earnings per share amounted to SEK3.31, as compared to SEK4.39 in the third quarter last year, when earnings were boosted by property sales.

ACAP Invest, headquartered in Malmo, Sweden, comprises of the business areas SONO, DISAB, Cetec, MW Security and TPS. The group has 525 employees and reported a turnover of SEK863m in 2007.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 12.89 Swedish kronor (SEK).
