ABS Partners tapped to manage apartment house.

ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC recently announced their appointment to oversee the Buchanan, which is a 300-unit residential apartment house located at 360 Third Avenue.

The Buchanan is a unique property which spans the entire block of Third Avenue between 155 East 47th and 160 East 48th Streets. It also has 12,000 s/f of vacant retail space which ABS is eager to lease.

Another great feature of this residential apartment house is a very private, expansive and centrally located outdoor courtyard which is adjacent to the well-known Helmsley Hotel. The Buchanan is also conveniently located to Northfork Bank. the Fifth Avenue shopping district and the United Nations Missions and Consulates.

Michael Sass, who recently joined the ABS team, will represent and oversee all operations of the Buchanan as the new Residential Property Manager at ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC.
