ABM museum contract.

American Building Maintenance Co. of New York has been awarded a new contract to provide janitorial and cleaning services for the Museum of modern Art's $425 million, 630,000 s/f new home at 11 West 53rd Street.

The Museum of Modern Art reopened in Midtown Manhattan on November 20, 2004 in a renovated and expanded new building designed by architect Yoshio Taniguchi.

ABM will also clean and maintain the Museum's four restaurants and cafes, retail areas and the stunning Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden.
