The solution works by analysing subscriber behaviour and
building profiles of consumers that will deliver decision-support models,
allowing structured approaches in areas of telco-specific CRM, such as churn
prediction, customer acquisition, targeted cross-sell and up-sell activities.
ABIBA hopes to differentiate itself by highlighting integration
with other analytics packages as well as provision of advanced visualisation tools.
