ABC, Bud Light announce 3-year sponsor extension

The American Bowling Congress and Bud Light have announced a three-year extension of their sponsorship agreement for the ABC Championships Tournament and the ABC Bud Light Masters Tournament.

As part of the agreement, Bud Light will remain as supporting sponsor of the ABC Championships and title sponsor for the $235,000 ABC Bud Light Masters Tournament. Bud Light has sponsored both events for the past five years.

"We're extremely happy to announce this three-year extension with the ABC Championships and the Masters Tournament," said Bob Lachky, senior brand manager, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. "The Bud Light brand is proud to continue its association with the most prestigious bowling event in the country."

The ABC Championships is a four-monthlong bowling tournament involving 50,000 bowlers from North America and Europe. The ABC Bud Light Masters is a week-long event held during the ABC Tournament and attracts 481 top-ranked professional and amateur bowlers in the United States and Canada.
