A pleasant surprise.

LAST Friday evening at 7pm we had a sudden problem with our electricity. After my husband went through the power box and could not find the fault we called the caretaker of our villa. He came and also could not identify the problem.

We then called the HELPLINE on the back of our utilities bill and after following the voice prompts, were answered by a friendly and helpful telephone operator. He said he would send someone to our villa that very evening.

Less than 30 minutes later the team arrived, friendly and helpful. There was a problem that they could not attend to during the night, but they did a bypass and assured us that a team would be out on Saturday morning to fix the problem.

Saturday morning arrived and so did the team from the electricity department. They spent the greater part of the day in fixing the problem as they had to break up concrete with a jackhammer. They even cleared up all the rubble after finishing work. I want to say a big thank you to the gentlemen for their dedication and courtesy.
