A little glamour on Second Ave.

The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, exclusively represented both the landlord and tenant in a long-term lease at 1012 & 1014 Second Avenue to upscale clothing boutique, Martier.

The 5,526 s/f specialty store will be the glamorous mini-chain's third Manhattan location and sixth store nationwide, having celebrated openings in Boca Raton, Miami's Ritz Carlton and Delray Beach.

Unique to Martier, a spa and caf4 will be found in the duplex store, which will carry a myriad of chic European clothing lines, including Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Seven, La Perla and Gianfranco Ferre.

"Martier will fill this new boutique with special benefits, such as the lavish retreat in the store's spa," stated Consolo.

"The added convenience of a cafe, where the menu will include baked goods and specialty coffee, will make Martier the ultimate shopping and luxury destination."
