A hot launch.

In response to the growing preference for Thai and Far Eastern cuisine in the UK, Kettle Chips is launching two new flavours ( Sweet Chilli and Japanese Teriyaki ( with the help of celebrity fusion chef Peter Gordon, who has created two original, easy-to-prepare recipes for dips to enjoy with them. You can find the recipes on the Kettle Chips website:, allowing you to temper the heat of Kettle Chips Sweet Chilli with the cool, contrasting flavour of Peter Gordon's Mango, Coconut & CrAme Fra'che Dip to enhance the warm smokiness of Kettle Chips, or Japanese Teriyaki with Peter Gordon's fresh Cucumber, Wasabi & Ginger Dip.

To celebrate the launch, Kettle Foods has teamed up with the Chronicle to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a year's supply of all-natural, hand-cooked Kettle Chips. The winner will receive 60 packets of the crunchy chips to enjoy on their own or with Peter Gordon's delicious dips and a copy of Alastair Sawday's guide to the pubs of England and Wales ( "real" places to savour the natural, real flavours of Kettle Chips.
