A fine Welsh starter. (Products & Packs).

A full fat and creamy Welsh goat's cheese, lightly coated in a coarse, home-style crumb, has been chosen by Fairway Foodservice as a new starter for caterers' menus.

The goat's cheese is sourced in Wales and has a gentle taste and refined aroma. The single-pass crumb coating is so fine the cheese can be discerned through it.

Fairway recommends that it should be deep fried from frozen until golden brown, usually three minutes or less and then served with a dressed mixed leaf salad, with cranberry or redcurrant sauce, red gooseberry compote, crab apple jelly or even a sweet chilli sauce.
