A double helping of Popeyes.

Royal Properties, Inc. announced that Scott Meshil has brokered two Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits deals at the Playtogs Plaza, Middletown, NY and Washington Plaza, 499 East 163rd Street, Bronx, NY.

Popeyes signed a ten year lease with six five year options in Playtogs Plaza. They will convert a free standing 2,600 s/f former Pizza Hut into a drive-thru restaurant. It will be Popeyes first location in Orange County and continues their plans to expand throughout the northeast.
