A breath of fresh air.

Dr. Katz says he has the answer for bad breath. The physician's Los Angeles-based company has introduced TheraBreath, a line of oral care products that reduce and eliminate bad breath. TheraBreath is available in six SKUs--strips, mints, spray, gum, toothpaste and mouthwash--with suggested retail prices ranging from $2.99 to $9.99. The company plans to introduce floss this summer.

"We use a patented oxygenating compound that attacks the anaerobic bacteria, which produces sulfur compounds," says Dr. Harold Katz, the founder of the company. "I am the world's greatest expert on bad breath. What we have done is taken a clinical treatment and brought it to retail. I think retailers will find that people will spend a nice amount of money if they believe the product works for them and reduces bad breath."

Dr. Katz is supporting the product with a pre-loaded display of gum, mints and sprays.
