A bookworm's sanctuary.
Ever since I was a child, I had this picture in my mind of how I want my room to look like-spacious, white walls, sofa at the end of a big fluffy bed, a working table and most importantly, a reading nook with a full bookshelf.
With my enthusiasm in reading, I managed to optimize the minimal space I have in my room by having a wall bookshelf.
I consider my room as my sanctuary, my haven, my own personal space. It is my favorite part of the house.
After each day, I always look forward to resting in my nook, feel the comfort of my bed, and fall asleep while reading a book.
I also keep a little corner, where I express my artistic side through painting.
Together with the pictures of my favorite memories and people, I create my own sphere of ideas and inspiration, enabling me to get through each day given the challenges at work and life as a whole.
The empowering effect this place gives me allows me to not only motivate myself but also influence others.
