A book of knowledge...

A BAHRAIN University professor and author has published his book in the US. UOB Management and Marketing department professor Dr Minwir Al Shammari authored a book in English on customer knowledge management.

The book was published by IGI-Global, based in Pennsylvania, US, and introduces an integrated model to analysing and building synergy for sustainable competitive advantage.

It took more than four years to write and included 11 chapters and 386 pages.

Dr Al Shammari was promoted to the rank of professor in 2003, he holds a PhD in industrial management from Glasgow University, in Scotland, and a Master of Science in industrial management from the University of Central Missouri, US.

He has authored and co-authored more than 30 research papers and served as a reviewer for several regional and international research journals in Business Administration.

He has received a number of local, regional, and international research awards.
