A better way to motivate.
Thanks for explaining a new way of working with people [in "l-on-l" with Daniel Pink]. It is way past time that we examine the old psychology of management. We've learned so much in the last few decades about our brains and how we best operate; it is important that we start discussing, teaching and implementing these new ideas.
Thank you for stating the obvious [in "1-on-1" with Daniel Pink]. I always go back to the animal training secret where bad behavior goes unnoticed and good behavior is rewarded. Always works. Perhaps human nature is not that far off the beaten path.
