A LITTLE PECK FROM BECKS.
The tender touch came after Ivona Dragicevic was knocked down by one of his team mates.
The nine-year-old and her dad Hrvoja, a former Croatian footballer, were watching Man United get ready for last night's European Champions League clash in Zagreb.
Mid-fielder Paul Scholes belted the ball into the goalmouth. But it shot past the post into Ivona's face.
She collapsed crying. Scholes leaped over the barrier to offer help but couldn't stem her tears. Manager Alex Ferguson asked: "Who is your favourite player?"
"David Beckham," sobbed Ivona. Fergie beckoned over his star and had a word in his ear. Newly-wed Becks bent over and gave Ivona a tender peck on the cheek.
The sobs stopped and as the Becks handed her his shirt, a bashful smile lit up her face.
