a la mode, one of the most mission critical and influential technology companies in the real estate industry, has unveiled Broker XSites, a web site solution designed specifically for real estate brokers. Broker XSites are a cost-effective solution for real estate brokerages of any size, but specifically target the needs of small-to-mid-size brokers.

"Across the nation, far too many real estate brokers spend tens of thousands of dollars on custom Web sites, only to realize their investment didn't meet their needs," said Rusty Lindquist, vice president of Broker and Agent Products for a la mode.

"Through Broker XSites, we're now bringing industry-leading technology to real estate brokers nationwide," Lindquist added. "Broker XSites are designed with tools specifically tailored to help brokers stay one step ahead of their clients and the competition."

Lindquist said Broker XSites will "challenge the industry pricing model" just as the company did when it released Agent XSites two years ago.

"Similar to when we provided agents with the tools to create their own Web presence without hiring high-dollar designers, we're now enabling brokers to implement powerful, company-wide solutions without spending huge amounts of time and money."

For just $2,999 per year, small-to-medium-sized firms can affordably have the same technology that has primarily only been available to much larger firms. Broker XSites' features include:

-- Lead Management and Routing - Industry-wide, as many as half of all leads that come into brokerage firms are either not answered or mismanaged. Broker XSites empower the broker to automatically collect and route leads to the appropriate agent.

-- Increased Listings Exposure - Once an agent uploads a listing, it is instantly published on the broker's site and other agents' sites, as well as on other local, regional and national real estate sites.

-- Automated E-Marketing Campaigns - A key component of Broker XSites is its ease of use and the ability to quickly develop customized e- marketing campaigns on behalf of the broker or agent so that home buyers and sellers receive prompt, professional responses to their inquiries.

Broker XSites also include tools for agent recruiting and retention, a complete directory of agents in the brokerage, listing and lead aggregation, central administration of all agent websites, and feature listings technology for which Agent XSites have gained such critical acclaim.

"Our company prides itself on identifying and utilizing the premier practical technology in the industry. Broker and Agent XSites meet all of our criteria," said Kenneth Baris, President of New Jersey-based Jordan Baris Inc. Realtors, a firm with more than 250 real estate agents. "There is no doubt that recruiting, retention and sales will be enhanced through providing such a robust yet easy to use suite of tools. In fact we are already rolling out XSites for every member of our sales team. We are about 200 agents strong now and will be larger and part of that success will be directly attributed to XSites."
