A GoldStar to Corus for training sales engineers.
Ian Kirkup, of CNES, said: "We have been tasked to achieve a significant increase in revenue from 'external' sources over the next five years.
"That requires us to invest in developing the skills of our sales engineers and to provide them with the knowledge and techniques needed to improve their ability to attract and retain new customers.
"We teamed up with GoldStar because of its experience and understanding of selling to the engineering environment in which we exist.
"The course was ideal in that it provided our sales engineers with a clear and systematic structure that could be adapted to suit their own personalities."
The course was designed to match both the needs of those starting out on a career in sales and the experienced professional who felt they might benefiting from revisitng the basics.
