The International Home & Housewares Show in Chicago is a veritable mecca for lovers of kitchen products. This season, be on the lookout for a wave of white and black products, both functional and decorative. The crisp combo will be putting snap into housewares departments across the country for seasons to come.

MoMo's Place: For the decorative bar, Bedrock from MoMo Panache has a martini set in black and white that is as fun as practical.

Wall Star: For those with limited counter space, Bosch has come to the rescue with Benvenuto, its in-the-wall coffeemaker.

The Light Stuff: Typhoon is coming out with a collection of handy items, like this torch in the palette du jour, black and white.

A Cut Above: Chicago Cutlery is coming out with a set for those whose decor has been in need of white knives.

Tony Espresso: FrancisFrancis!, known for its colorful espresso makers, has gone with Modernist materials for the new line.

On the White Track: Basic white never looked so good as it does in the new line of dinnerware from CCA.
