8,500 sf leased at 625 W. 55th.

Bexel, a division of Vinten Group P.L.C. of London, has leased 8,500 square-foot of showroom, office and storage space at 625 West 55th Street.

Aggregate rental for the 10-year lease exceeds $1 million, according to Alan B. Weisman, director of industrial sales and leasing for Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis, leasing agents for the building. Stuart Feldman of Wm. A. White/Grubb & Ellis represented the owner and Jim Quinn of Cushman & Wakefield represented Bexel, a TV and film equipment rental company.

The Bexel leasing transaction leave a balance of 65,000 square-feet available in the 10,000 square-foot building, Weisman said.
