6 children of train carnage laid to rest.

MIAN CHUNNU, January 13, 2010 (Frontier Star): Six children out of 12 who died here early on Wednesday morning in train accident were laid to rest at their native graveyard amid high officials, prominent politicians, police officials and thousands of mourners. Atleast twelve school going children died and more than twenty injured on railway crossing in Mian Chunnu when Jaffer express coming from Quetta collided with private school van due to fog here on Wednesday at 8:15 am. The killed children are said to be aged between eight to ten years old. The funeral of the children was held at the graveyard in Mian Channu that included MPA Rana Babur, politicians, high officials and thousands of mourners in grief and sorrow were present. The children who were laid to rest were Tanvir Safdar, Shahbaz, Faisal Zahoor, Amir Zahoor and others of Class 1 and 2 respectively.
